Pizza Rocker Blade

We use this pizza cutter and board all the time for our family pizza nights. It works great for both our homemade pizzas from our outdoor pizza oven and regular frozen pizzas. Excellent pizza cutter! Converted from a wheel that had become dull. The Rocker Blade is much easier to use and appears to be very good quality.

Wish I had known about this years ago! It's not for pizza only. I do considerable baking, snack making, etc. and this safe, quick, easy cutter has allowed me to cut goods with more precision in less time than by using a knife. I remove goods from their pan, align on a ruled cutting mat, and rock on for more uniform pieces. The cutter is sharp and easy to clean but fingers are kept out of danger since it’s held at the top; it also comes with a blade protector when not in use. The price is great too considering the costs of cutlery.

The pizza cuter is easy to use and works well. The pizza sized cutting board is a must have. Now I need to research how to clean the grooves on the cutting board.

I like this pizza cutter. It is quite sharp so put the pizza on a wooden or plastic chopping board before cutting, and make sure to use the protector when storing. I liked mine so much I bought another for a family member.

Perfect for pizza cutting as well as for cutting up pans of baking into squares. Put parchment in your pan and take entire bars out to cut them!

It works perfect. Toppings don't push off like they do with a wheel. The knife is sharp and cuts easily even if the base is crisp. The sizes are perfect. Multifunctional in that the reverse side of the board can also be used. It's a good buy. There's nothing bad about it. Just buy it. Your life will be so much easier!!

Ich backe sehr oft (neapolitanische) Pizza und bin auf der Suche nach einem Pizzaschneider als Alternative für dem Roller. Von der Handhabung her, lässt sich der Schneider gut anfassen, da die Griffkante recht breit ist aber jedoch ist die Verarbeitung der Schnittkante wirklich eine Zumutung. Der Grat der Schneide steht so weit ab, dass dieser einen jeden Schwamm bei der Reinigung oder Küchenhandtuch beim Abtrocknen zerreißen würde. Sonderlich scharf ist die Klinge leider auch nicht und was man erst meinen könnte es würde schneller gehen, die Pizza hiermit (vernünftig!) zu schneiden, den muss ich leider enttäuschen weil es am Ende mehr Arbeit als mit dem üblichen Roller ist.. sehr schade, ich hatte mich gefreut Meine Bewertung bezieht sich ausschließlich auf neapolitanische Pizza!
