I usually never write reviews, like never. I didn’t feel any noticeable positive effect on the other hand gave me some nausea and yesterday some big time vomiting reaction. I honestly wouldn’t have minded the side effects if at least there were any positive effects but since there are none…In addition to that it’s not a cheap product.

Its good when u take it, it does give you heightened awareness , however Once u stop it Will cause memory gaps.

I have started coding as a side study and have heard a lot of talk about this product. I am disappointed by its performance. I take 1 in the morning after breakfast (important to eat) and then I take 1 again in the afternoon to assist me with my studies after work. I found little to almost no cognitive help - your stomach might feel almost “tight/sick” that’s the best way I could describe it and sometimes you might get a headache. Other than that I wouldn’t say I felt any “super concentration “ or “I’m breaking focus” Very “Meh” product

But I think I have seen changes
