Sheep in a Jeep (board book)

This is a wonderful board book. The rhyming of the story is hilarious. The illustrations are true to the story, well done, and humorous at the same time. My son is 32 and I have kept this book all along as one of his treasures.

Very fun book to read with preschoolers. Easy to memorize, easy rhymes, which makes reading fun for little ones. This edition is larger than the smaller board book we've bought in the past, which will make it easier to read to more than one child at a time. If you like this book, check out the sequels.

I love all of the sheep books. They are great rhyming stories and always cute! My students love them and also my own personal kids. The illustrations are great and it helps with vocabulary as the rhyming words introduce new words they may not have heard.

I enjoyed reading Sheep Go to Sleep with my 1 year old and looked for others in the collection to get for him. I got this one and Sheep on a Ship. Did not like Sheep on a Ship very much. This one was ok. The wording is a bit choppier and shorter than Sheep Go to Sleep, so that's a downside. Illustrations have similar quality and it is still a short/quick read for a small child. Sheep Go to Sleep is a more obvious choice for bedtime, but this one will do.

I purchased this book for my toddler, whose auntie drives a red jeep that he is obsessed with. This story is so cute, and reading this book has become a part of our nightly routine. My son has started to memorize parts of the book so as we turn the pages, he'll tell me what it says. The illustrations are so adorable. I like that it's a short, easy to read book that can stay in my toddler's collection for years to come.

After the second reading my son use it like a bullet and throw it all around the bed. Never mind i love children board book and i live reading and learning english with my son. i use also youtube where you can find this book for the pronunciation.

Good for phonics and speech practice, a few difficult words. Very good for the price with many stories

Nice story..simple book. Recommended for toddlers. Older children may find it a little boring. Very simple sentences for example "sheep pull" and "sheep tug". For very young children it is suitable. Pictures and illustration is lively and lovely

Awesome rhyming book. Always reading it to my kids. Ignore the 2 star review, why you would buy an English book and then complain about the English in it? As an English native this book is fine and fun to read to my kids.
