Wouldnt be without them
Rely on these to ward off colds. I take them at the first sign of a cold and 99% of the time it zaps the cold and it doesn't develop.

Made no difference for me
Had hears that these had a similar effect to echinacea in helping to reduce cold/flu symptoms. Used 3 times, 1st time for Covid, next two times for cold/flu. Made no difference whatsoever.

Misleading
I looked at their website and it implys the products are produced and manufactured in USA. On the label of my capsules it states they are produced in Lithuania! Again on the website it has two American addresses. However the addresses are for a PO Box & a suite number no mention that these originate from Lithuania which I find personally misleading
