Product is great and my son loves the look of the glass board and pieces. One of the pcs was cracked at the bottom. The customer service from this seller was impeccable. They got me the replacement piece sent right out. Definitely recommend.

Simply gorgeous. I loved them. All came perfectly stored in their spot inside the holders. None broke during shipping. They are nice size for adults a kids. I think they were a good price too when I bought.

Great set, only downsides are the bottom felted pieces are very thin and cheap and don't stay on very well, you'll probably need to use super glue like i did. Other than that some small imperfections like bubbles, chips and visible seams. But overall an elegant set!

UPDATE (1/19/21): After seeing the Gamie "100% satisfaction guarantee" on the insert that came with the chess piece I reached out to the company. I inquired what my options were to replace the missing piece, and the response from Gamie was quick and they addressed the issue. For that I'm changing my rating from 3 to 5 stars for the great customer service! Received this chess set on 1/9/21, opened up the very secure styrofoam packaging only to discover the brand new chess set was missing a bishop... The way the set is placed in the styrofoam, I have a hard time understanding this blatant lack of quality control, knowing each piece has to be inserted in each slot by hand, before applying the final styrofoam layer cover on top– I think I'd be less bothered by this if they left a tiny "I.O.U" in the vacant bishop spot. Having read some of the reviews prior to purchase I did see a few other instances of this happening to other customers, but thought the odds of this happening to my set were slim. Little did I know! Quality: For the price, it's hard to find a glass set like this one at this price level, considering most glass sets start at the $75-$100 and up range. The details are minute, with the exception of some of the accents it's far from a cheap looking set! Overall- I'd easily give this set a 5/5 if all the pieces were included. This was intended for a first time chess player, so having to teach a beginner using a substitute wine cork in place of the bishop was a little disappointing, before turning slightly comical.

Me preocupaba que las piezas llegaran talladas o golpeadas, pero en mi caso llegó todo en buen estado. A las piezas se les nota la línea del molde, fuera de eso me parece buen producto, estoy conforme con la relación calidad - precio.

La verdad por los comentarios me la pense mucho, este es para un regalo y si me dio pendiente el como llegara, ya estaba buscando por internet piesas de repuesto, pero llego super rapido ( 2 dias, aproximadamente) llego en excelentes condiciones, pense que seria algo pequeño pero es un tamaño muy aceptable, muy normal, las piesas no llegaro rotas ni faltantes, todo muy acomodado, esta super bien para un regalo y si es para uno mismo,pues igual, esta muy bonito 10/10
