I'm giving this five stars, but what do you expect? It's a Bose speaker, of course it'll sound incredible. I love the colour too and glad I waited all these years to get one that is USB-c. I do wish they still provided the cradle for it but you can pick them up separately.

If you are investing in a small mobile speaker... look no further this is the benchmark. The size, the finish of the product and the quality of sound.... it un-comparable. It is almost impossible to believe that for the size of this product, it could create this full bodied sound. There are a few issues, like the speed of connection, the lack of connectivity to BOSE application and not able to use AirPlay or able to use it in tandem. But none of them are showstoppers. You cannot go wrong with this purchase!

This is my first Bose SM II and I was so amazed of the superb sound quality it makes. Watching movies feels like I'm on a cinema. I waited for the Amazon white friday sale just to grab this and here I have it.. Thanks Amazon No.#1.

Nothing extra ordinary about the gadget. Bass line is just decent. In fact, Ultimate ears stand a better chance at making your ears bleed. A decent speaker for rock & classical music, movies, etc.

Very easy to set up - I use it as a sound bar for my computer monitor and find it easy to connect, sound quality brilliant

For the size of this device, the sound is incredible and it is sad we cannot keep it. the The product description mentions google assistant which I took as it would be compatible with Google home however Google home requires the speaker to access wifi, sadly. We could have coped with just wifi but the bluetooth range was weak and it lost connection when I went upstairs. In all, the speaker quality has convinced me to stick with bose and buy a speaker with wifi instead - so they ended up with an upsell!

Worth to buy, nice sound quality

Purchased this for daughter’s birthday as price reduced to c 100 so couldn’t refuse. Absolutely cracking value for this Bose quality. I own the original Soundlink Mini speaker and have been using for a long number of years and the quality build is superb. However, it’s the sound quality and volume that continues to surprise me from such a small unit !! You will be surprised !!! - these really pack a punch with loud crystal clear quality delivery - very portable and easily charged so ideal to carry with you if required. This newer version is even better than the original as it also now incorporates a mic so you can use for conference calls / speaker phone mode, whereas original model was speaker only, so thats a real benefit and supports hand free calls now as well as pumping out streamed music. No charging cradle supplied with this newer model, so its just the cable for recharging - not a major gripe, but personally liked the cradle with the original model. Easy to sync up with phone via Bluetooth and good range. I would recommend purchasing some carrier/holder to store & keep unit in, particularly if you will be carrying this around, just to protect it - got a cheap non branded holder on Amazon - does the trick. While there are a lot of portable speakers now on the market which are cheaper than this, there is really no comparison to the quality of build and sound quality that younger with this Bose unit, so if you see on sale for anything around £100 +/-, then it would be a strong recommended BUY from me, really impressive unit, so spend a little more and own a little piece of quality... Suppose I should really give this back to her now as I have ‘borrowed’ it for the last while........
