Bought these gummies for my 8yo son who has a hard time falling asleep. He likes the taste and they really help to make him sleepy. I recommend giving or taking one whole or half gummy 30 minutes before bed time. One whole gummy seems to work very fast.

Good flavor & effective
I use these along with my 6 year old daughter at times. We both enjoy the flavor and I like that it’s only 1mg which is effective. I also break it in half sometimes for my daughter, still with good effective results!

Best Tasting
After trying a few Melatonin Gummies, this is the only one that my kids love. They really like the taste of it. My daughter feels she can't go to sleep without it. Great tasting and helps my daughter have a great nights sleep.

Good dose, good ingredients, to be used sparingly
These are gum drop style gummies They're vegetarian so there's no gelatin in them, they are softer and more gooey than a normal gummy bear, some children don't like the texture as much, but I think they're fine. The taste is good, just standard berry flavor. This is 1 mg of melatonin, which is the standard childrens dose for name brands. Some name brands suggest you work up to 2 mg if 1 mg isn't enough. If you're using melatonin, definitely start with the lower dose (even half a gummy), and do not use any more than necessary. This is not a normal supplement, it affects your hormones, has side effects, and long term effects on children are not studied very well. If using this, the goal should be to wean off eventually.

Great value at a low dose, they are not addictive, the kids love the flavor, its a good gummy to give for the more hyper or tireless nights.

Taste good.
My kiddo liked the taste but i think he slept too hard using this. He woke up in the middle of the night disoriented and confused. He usually never does this. Maybe this stuff is just not meant for him. The price is great as well as the taste.
