Yes, you can wear these in any sort of tennis shoe :)

Which Ones? Gel like or these 'firmer' plastic ones?

We have both.The regular HTP heel seats are a firmer rubber material. If you're a first time customer I suggest trying these as they are our most effective product.On the other hand, if you have very sensitive feet, then you might want to go with the softer gel heel seat.

Will these fit comfortably inside a ballet flat women's shoe?
