E-riding 2 Pack 16 Inch Traffic Flashlight Wand with 5 Flashing Modes

We purchased these to use for traffic control at a night time Christmas nativity pagent and they worked great for directing traffic. They are made of a good sturdy plastic and they were bright enough to be easily seen by the drivers.

Good wands. But the tripple A batteries suxk for this product. They die so quick. Wont buy these again. Exchanging them for c battery ones and throwing these out

Well these work for us! We needed them to aid in directing some traffic at the food pantry. They are basically two small flashlights with two orange cones that attach and detach at the end of the flashlight. The work just fine and this was a decent price.

Very nice product! Drivers can easily see the Orange glowing lights!

So I bought this dual packaged flashlight/traffic wand because I'm in law enforcement and frequently have to direct traffic at night. After trying this product out for two nights, I'm not impressed at all. The light with the traffic wand on isn't very bright, the battery pack that holds the 3 AAA batteries moves inside the flashlight when you are waving the light around directing traffic which causes the flashlight to lose connection and shut on and off periodically and when it shuts off you have to push the button to turn it back on. While using the strobe mode directing traffic, I had the light switch back to low mode (and no I didn't push the on/off button) within a minute of use in strobe mode. This occurred every time I put the light in strobe mode. So I thought that maybe this light was defective so I put brand new AAA batteries in the other light and it did the same thing. I was hoping to save a little money but it looks like I'll just have to buy another maglight to replace the rechargeable one I had. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this light/traffic wand package.

Seems okay but the lanyard broke off the first day I used it. A good price but maybe the quality isn't there? Time will tell. Ordered this as a test sample before we order a big quantity for our first responder agency

They are just the right size and convenience

I do like that they are bright and you can use them as a flash light or a night wand. I work on the ramp at an airport in Florida where we have heavy rain and thunderstorms every day. I took extra steps to try and protect them, but still on one of them water got inside and corroded out the battery terminals. I do not recommend opening them either. There is a small silver bearing ball that will fly out and once you lose that the dimmer will not work properly. There are 3 places you can twist top open the flash light. The bottom where you get access to change the batteries, the middle where you get access to the top portion of the terminal for the batteries and the top where the lens is. The top access threads are made of plastic, which overtime will wear down if you are opening and closing them to clean the light out because there was so much water on the inside. Before I purchased these I did see the positive and negative reviews already. I think if they used all metal parts and added O-rings, it could help protect the essential parts on the inside to make them last longer and be more waterproof than they claim to be. If it rains PUT THEM AWAY.
