Great product shoe inserts.
Took pressure off my heels, fits perfectly in my shoes, very sturdy, easy to insert in my shoes, they are very well cushioned, great arch support, took my pain away instantly, very good product for the money.

Insoles that provide relevant pain relief :-)
These insoles fit the trainer well. Provide much support in the arch & over metatarsal area - even on long hikes over 6 hours. Have used them for 3 months & they are still durable.

Comfortable feet
These insoles are great. I walk 7 miles a day and they are the best thing for my feet. My foot doctor recommended to me. They really worked out. I highly recommend them . I need to order more for my other shoes.

A little pricey but very effective
These insoles are amazing. I'm a delivery driver and I was having pretty intense ball of foot/toe pain from walking all day in hilly areas with steep driveways. These insoles basically made the pain disappear. The only problem is they lasted about 2 months before I started feeling the tip of the insole under my toe start to wear down. They're on the expensive side, so I am still going to try out some other insoles before committing to buying these every 2 months. Bought women's size 8 and they fit in my 8.5 Columbia hiking boots without any cutting.

Great arch support and comfortable wear!
This is my second time ordering the Powerstep Pinnacle Plus Orthotics. I suffer with fibromas on the bottom of both feet and have high arches. These inserts works perfectly to promote painless comfort for my feet as I go for long walks or hikes. Amazon lists these orthotics for male use, but upon closer inspection, women's sizes are also included for this same product on the packaging. The inserts are easily cut to fit shoes according to the instructions provided. My podiatrist recommended this brand to me and I am glad that she did.

Good orthotics that help compensate my two different arch heights.
I have high arches and decided to take advantage of the low price of PowerStep Pinnacle Plus Met women’s size 8-8.5 during the Black Friday sales. I’ve never had to cut these to fit any of my shoes. I have bought these for several years now and decided to write my review why. I take plenty of photos when I review a product to show how I formed my honest opinion while using the item, but they don't always upload in sequential order. I had also ordered a pair of SUPERfeet and did a comparison. The hard plastic “stabilizer caps” underneath both orthotics are sturdy and durable to support my weight when I walk. After walking in one of each PowerStep and SUPERfeet around the neighborhood, there was a noticeable difference between the two orthotics. I pulled them out of my shoes and studied them more closely. I hope you can see from my side-by-side photos with my pointing fingers that the highly rated SUPERfeet has a deeper slope down, and the PowerStep has a gradual upslope towards a supportive metatarsalgia pad. I then remembered that I have two different arch heights, which complicate things and always affect my walking comfort. I found my wet feet arch height drawings from 2/2023, and you can see that my left foot has a higher arch than my right. It then occurred to me that the PowerSteps with the metatarsalgia pads help compensate for my different arches. That’s why they are my favorite, supportive and durable orthotic insoles. I highly recommend them.

Essential for me!
I have been using these for about 3 years now in every pair of shoes and wouldn’t go without them! No more plantar fasciitis and with the metatarsal pad it helps the nerve pain and numbness from chemo that I have in my feet.

Didn't work for me
These looked like they would be a good solution to my foot discomfort when, in fact, they made my feet feel worse. Too much support where it didn't appear needed, especially the arch. They just weren't for me and my feet issues. I'm giving these 3 stars because they do look well made.

I have flat foot and do sports pretty frequently and intensely. I use it in my Nike shoes, removed the original soil of the shoe and replaced it with this product. Fits perfectly and so far I'm happy with the performance, I dont get feet soil pain anymore. Recommend using it.

I bought 2 custom pairs of orthotics. Cost me $1200 total. They didn’t work as well as these.

I would imagine these might be great if your issue is needing more support in the heal and arch but they did not help at all with my metatarsal pain. The pad is positioned too far back. The arch support is very pronounced. It caused me significant pain while walking. The heel support is also aggressive. It puts your foot in a forward slant. (Think high heeled shoe but not as drastic). The entire insert is also thick from the middle of the foot back. It puts you higher in the shoe which causes other issues.
