missing parts, bad communication
I received a subwoofer that was obviously a prior return, evident because of the broken styrofoam all over the package and more importantly, all the mounting screws are missing. The problem is that I was unable to contact Cambridge over the issue, nobody answers the phone, and the phone line sends you to another, with a full mailbox... As for emailing, no option for missing parts. Then Amazon become a pain to contact, with automated answering that does not understand one thing of one is trying to say. A waste of time. So either Cambridge contacts me today, or I'll have to return the subwoofer, a pain!
