This stuff is all it claims to be. I ordered 5 different products to deal with stained and smelly carpet from cat and dog pee. I read the reviews saying this was too expensive, but thought I would try it. One 16 oz container covered 3 large rooms. The powder is very fine and covers well. There is no odor and no clouds of dust during application. I let it sit for about 20 minutes and then vacuumed. There was absolutely no odor left. I cannot express enough, there was NO ODOR...not of the pee or of the powder. Although I used it on the entire carpet, I had used a black light to see the worst stains. After the treatment, I couldn’t find even the faintest stain with the black light. In one room, the cat pee smell was so strong, we had planned on ripping out the carpet. After the powder, the carpet is saved. This is an expensive product but well worth the price. I definitely will order this product again and recommend it to others.

It works very well at neutralizing stale, pet related, and teenage boy funk in carpets, futons, and dog beds. It smells very nice. I have bought a variety of carpet powders and have used plain baking soda and even very fine coffee grounds to absorb carpet odors but this works so much better. It is rather expensive, especially compared to the dollar store stuff but it just works better.
