Fresh, delicious, perfect size, and makes using pecans in my baked goods easier. Unsalted and un-roasted, you can pop them into everything from pies to scones to cookies, brownies, bars and beyond. They bake up a lovely shade of nutty brown, smell heavenly, and always taste fresh. I’ve already gone through 3 bags. I’m VERY happy with the quality, especially for the price - it’s a solid value. We also use them in stuffing, rice dishes, and salads; as we’ve cut down on meat in our diet over the years, we’ve filled in some of the nutritional gaps with nuts, seeds, and legumes, and these pecans are a great, healthy alternative to bacon bits or heavily salted garnishes like croutons. I’ve switched from my grocery store brand to this, and would highly recommend.

I have tried other brands of pecans, but Fisher's brand are the best. No matter what season it is, Fisher pecans are always fresh and never dry.

Taste great and much cheaper than in store price!

Repeat order. Good pecans, fresh, chopped. Not chopped very uniformly which is why I removed a star. If I need all to be small I have to chop some up more.

Used this to make cold press coffee and give it a Pecan flavor. Just dump a table spoon or two in your french press along with your favorite coffee grounds, sit in the frig overnight, and great pecan flavored coffee in the morning. Consider getting some Pecan flavored syrup to add a pump or two to make it even more pecan taste.
