The media could not be loaded. Love the case it was easy to put on. It makes it look a lot cleaner. I like that it came with two of those privacy things for cameras the keyboard protection thing is perfect, and the screen protector was a little bit hard to get on, I had trouble kind of getting all the bubbles out but other than that great purchase
