This is my 4th heating pad for an aching back. My old pad that I had for years finally on it's last days. So I purchased a heating pad but it just had a thin cover over the plastic - I thought it wasn't working well so purchased another with the same type of thin cover showing the plastic underneath which burned my back. So I decided to purchase this Beurer pad for a couple more dollars which has a soft cover and I could afford. I didn't want a giant pad just one to cover my back and found the 12" x 15" is perfect for me to sit in my chair with the pad on my lower back. It has several setting and I have found #4 works perfectly not too hot but hot enough to feel it. Thank you so much for solving my heating pad issues.

I purchased the Beurer heating pad for relief of back pain caused by my arthritis. When I received the pad it worked so well that I ordered a second one for use in a different room. The day the second pad arrived the first stopped working. Then the second stopped working after 2 weeks. I now have a wonderful lumbar-wrap heating pad from my local CVS. Works like a charm providing evenly distributed heat over my entire lower back. I would recommend it highly. I would not recommend purchasing the Beurer heating pad. It's a piece of junk.

Great item! Different than others. Heats up quickly to your desired temperature. Than stops in case you forget. Very flexable and doesn’t come apart like others. The cable can be removed when not in use. It has helped my back pain very much. I can sit on it, use it against a chair for support. It is the right size also. Not too big or to small. Can be used in all areas of the body.I recommend this product!

My age-old heating pad finally kicked the bucket after many years.I searched for a new one, and this came up at a good price. I like that it hets mighty toasty, has an auto shut off, and the fabric is soft. Would be nice if the fabric was removable and washable, but I suppose the washing bit will get figured out down the line. For now, this works well and was well priced.

I purchased this for helping to relax lower back muscles within a smaller area of discomfort without heating up too big of an area that didn't need heat therapy. It was great. With 6 levels of adjustment for heat, I have concluded, at least for myself, that this was one of the best choices for maintaining lower back muscle irritations that I have probably ever made. I have evaded lower back muscle spasms ever since using this heating pad.Thank you Beurer.

Bought this Beuer pad 2 years ago, but just tried to use it for the second time the other day. Neither time on setting 6 or any other setting did it feel hot. I just tested it with my temp gun and the highest I could record was about 96 degrees. My old pad would hit about 130 degrees max. Guess i got a lemon!

Right out of the box there is a big warning that if this pad is folded in use it will likely shut off permanently (they say you can send it in for repair, but probably that would cost money). I had considered occasionally using it in bed if I got cold, but I don't believe it is designed for anything other than eyes on use. I like that it doesn't use a lot of electricity, and it does warm nicely on my lap. But when I compare this to a warmer that is made in China, the later has a great deal more flexibility and doesn't use a lot more electricity (this one is engineered in Germany). Plus, this pad is a lot more expensive than the flexible heating pads that are designed in China.

El cojín es muy bonito, la tela es suave al tacto, lo único que no me gustó y que es lo más importante en el producto, es que no calienta lo suficiente aún en la máxima potencia, el calor solo es tibio, esperaba que calentara muchísimo más
