Great for kIds
This is a great supplement for kids. They thought it tasted great and wanted more. I am hoping that it helped them to get sick less but how can you really know. The ingredients are good and I felt like I was helping my kids by boosting their immune system.

Easy to swallow
Taste was not bad. Easy to swallow and reasonable cost. The texture, I had to get used to but it was ok.
