bought four. three switches failed. they were fixed for free by the manufacturer. they were fine and bright when they worked, and the price compared to similar products was excellent.

Gave this flashlight to one who has everything for Christmas on Thanksgiving. He was elated. Said this flashlight was better than the ones he already had and he thought those were good. I was happy, he was happy, all is good.

I am in ths LED business but not flashlights. These use the latest technology. Anything by Klarus is well worth it. These are the Ferrari of flashlights. Don't waste your money or fall for claims of high output performances. KLARUS is Klass Act! Buy with CONFIDENCE.Disappointed....bought two. One works great. The other has a bad switch. Sad part didn't open the second until in ASIA this week. I'm bummed if Amazon or Klarus doesnt exchange #2 for one that works.NOW I'm REALLY upset! The second one has now failed.These are nightstand flashlights and never even go outside the bedroom, yet both now have failed due to switches that have collapsed under the grey rubber side cap. The ST12 in my opinion is a piece of crap. Apparently the ST11 was better.

This flashlight is pretty awesome. It’s extremely bright. It has 3 different settings as well as strobe and a SOS mode. Its 900 Lumens really produce a light beam that stretches about 300 yards approximately. We did not test out the waterproof feature, but the item is listed as being able to be submerged up to 6 feet in water. It is compact and light so easily able to fit inside of a purse or pocket. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, but would suggest not pointing it directly at anyone.Two bonus features on this flashlight that really grab my attention: 1. There is a lock feature that allows you to lock the flashlight to prevent the light from accidentally being turned on or activated unnecessarily. 2. There is a memory feature built into the flashlight that starts to memorize the user’s habits which eventually will activate your favorite mode automatically.There is one downside to this flashlight, but it is a big flaw and that is why I’m giving it 4 stars. If the seller fixes this problem, I think it is TOTALLY worthy of a 5 star review. The big flaw is the button itself. It isn’t raised. It is flush with the metal of the flashlight and it makes it hard to find, especially if it’s already dark and you’re struggling to find the button just to turn on the light. Overall, it IS a great product. I just wish the button was raised. There is a small design, I supposed tiny circles, on the button itself, but it doesn’t make it any easier to find like a raised button would. Overall, great product! Thanks so much!!!

Started out great. Light was bright and variable. Bought in 2/2017 and in 8/2017 the on/off switch quit working. Now it is a black paper weight.I have contacted the seller Joylink twice and Amazon twice all to no avail. All I want is for someone to tell me where to ship this light for replacement. It is still under Klarus warranty. Come on you guys at Joylink and Amazon step up and tell me where to send this useless piece. Please!

For the price, the brightness of this light can't be beat.

Great no frills flashlight! Just needs a better button design!!!Update: The button has stopped working! Can no longer use this $40 flashlight. My return window closed on 1/31. Horrible!Update #2: I have sent 3 emails to KLARUS and haven't received a single reply regarding the warranty return/repair. Be warned, very poor customer service so far.

First thing - this flashlight does not include the battery. A battery for this flashlight will run you around $9 on Amazon. I found two rechargeable ones for that price. That did include the charger as well. This light is incredibly bright. It has three levels of brightness which comes in handy. It is a very solid. It feels like it is a well made product. I have no idea if that is true as this is an out of the box review. As I said, the flashlight has three light settings that I see. I have yet to find the sos or the strobe. As of know. I would recommend this product. If any issue arises over the next several months, I will update this review as needed.
