It can't be patented, But even after 75 years it hasn't been duplicated by others. Every 8.82 ounces of Tagliolini, Tagliarelle, Tagliardi, Pappardelle uses at least 1 gallon of salted water. Wait to boil, then deep the pasta in the water and stir gently at first. Let it boil the time specified on each box. Maybe a little bit more. Egg pasta needs to be ductile. That's the way we like it. Strain off all the water well. Add condiments in the same pot you have used to boil. It is best eaten without sauces which simply can't successfully augment or improve this. Eat it after cooking for 3 minutes, with butter and olive oil. Be prepared for a mouth orgasm. The only downside is that it is very expensive as pasta goes; about $15.00 for an ample serving. But now I want to know 30 minutes before I am going to die so I can have one last bowl. Enough said. Review: It is beyond delicious. - The product is fantastic. However the supplier who shipped was apparently unfamiliar with the delicate nature of the pasta. It arrived in a plastic bag and the pasta was no longer in strips but small broken pieces. Which sadly detracts from the enjoyment of the product.

Flour weevils in the sealed box
Quality: I love cipriani pasta but every box had flour weevils in it. Had to throw it all out. Ordered in March and was past the return window. It’s not cheap, so this was very disappointing.

Always Perfect Pasta
I always purchase an annual supply of an assortment of Cipriani dried pasta. It is easy to split each box into two servings for 4. Nothing goes wasted and the pasta is done to perfection in 4 minutes. I have never had better pasta, even when I lived in Italy! You can count on Young's Market to carefully pack the boxes and quickly ship your order.

Yes expensive for dried pasta…..but aren’t we all worth it ! Most delicious and elegantly refined pasta I’ve ever had. Took it to my friend who is chef at Italian restaurant, he said “ best pasta he’s ever had !”

OMG so good!
I love this pappardelle. It is so thin. Delicious! It is the closest thing to fresh Italian restaurant grade pasta that I've had at home. Toss it with a little olive oil, parmesan, garlic salt, MMMMmmmm, delicious. Also, the packaging is impressive. The pasta sits in a nice box that is lined with a nice paper that wraps around the pasta, they take great pride in presentation. The Flying Spaghetti Monster would approve.

When you live really remote, it sure is nice
Had these kind of noodles when I was in Florida where you can find everything but I live in New Mexico. It was really nice to find it on Amazon. They’re probably the closest thing to Italian pasta

Buying things pasta on Amazon not so smart. Arrived in tiny pieces
The pasta is great, it cooks very quickly because it's so delicate. And a great flavor. The problem was the noodles which are about 10 inches long when they are whole arrived in little tiny pieces as literally every noodle in the Box was broken in multiple pieces. So it didn't make for a very attractive dinner. I'll just buy it directly from Cipriani next time.

La qualitè del prodotto è ottima. Problemi invece con la confezione. Quando si vende qualcosa per posta bisogna tenere presente che in media il trattamento da parte dei corrieri rasenta la criminalità. E' raro che arrivi un pacco integro, senza ammaccature. aperture parziali o buchi. Si dovrebbe dare la possibilità di un'assicurazione o impiegare un confezionamento più adeguato. Metà delle pappardelle erano frantumate
