Logitech Group Video Conferencing Bundle with Expansion Mics for Big Meeting Rooms

So far we have been very pleased with the Logitech Group. It's a huge step up from the way we were doing conference calls before, which is a pretty much weekly occurrence. The audio quality is great, especially with the remote mics for our bigger groups. Video quality is good too. Pretty standard for a higher-end webcam. The zoom is pretty impressive. Set up was super simple and it works well with RingCentral meetings (which is essentially Zoom meetings underneath). The build quality is great. I was very pleasantly surprised with how sturdy everything feels. The remote mics are nice and heavy. I was expecting light plasticy things that I was going to have to tape down, but they are very well built and hold themselves down. My one wish is that the cables were a little longer, but I know we're an odd case with a bigger conference room. Likewise, the lens could be just a touch wider, but I really can't complain. Overall, we're very happy with it, especially for the price. You can't go wrong with this as long as it fits your use case!

Installation was easy. The device is easy to use. Everything is straight forward. Video and audio is crystal clear. Bluetooth function is solid. We use it with WEBEX and Skype for Business with no issues. Meeting quality is very good with crystal clear video. There is plenty of wiring and a hub to connect eveyrthing to. I would like to see the wiring and cabling be standard connections such as USB and what not just in case you need to lengthen or shorten the cables with aftermarket. Otherwise, this is a great solution if you are looking to add video conferencing to your business.

I am using this at my audio visual company. We actually sell commercial grade audio visual equipment and what I like about this is the ease of use. Setting up the system is incredibly easy and flexible to use with any computers. I like the peripheral mics around a large conference table so the sound is clear and consistent. For the price you cannot beat it.

I love the sound. The quality is very good. You can listen to someone far away from the mice. It is also easy to setup. I bought two for our offices in different countries.

This system has been a lifesaver for the last year to meet our hybrid needs, but suddenly, it developed microphone issues that seem to impossible to solve so far. It stopped picking up sound when hardwired. When switched to blue tooth, the sound quality and/or stability is so bad it is unusable. We know as a fact that it is not a hardware wear-and-tear issue, because it is both a year-old and a brand new system out of the box that are having the same issue. Connected to different laptops, etc. So the issue is not us. Logitech website is not very helpful to troubleshoot.

Great system, however the Cable to the camera is too short for what we need, there is a 3rd party that makes an extension system for it, but they are out of stock until mid April, so we have to wait 4-5 months to use it. great for small rooms but medium to large conference rooms you need a $600 out of stock extension system.

Easy to use and equip and good quality product. Have already 3 of them.

Microphones work amazing. Picks up voice from several feet away. Zoom and pan are a nice feature. Easy to setup.
