Nature's Path Organic Heritage Flakes® Cereal, 13.25 oz (Pack of 1)

This is good cereal. It stays crunchy in milk. Seems healthy. Not too sweet and good with raisins.

After learning my long-time breakfast cereal, Cheerios, is full of glyphosates, I went on a search for an organic and healthy cereal that wouldn’t be miserable to eat. I found this and immediately bought 8lbs worth. This is one of the best cereals I’ve ever had or seen. The ingredients are top notch and, while I generally don’t want sugar in my cereal, is low enough to make it enjoyable to eat but not excessive. Definitely crunchy but they soften when in milk for several minutes. I’m a very active man in his 30s and find that this is good for energy and keeps you full for quite long. The price is also just right. I’ll be a buyer forever!

Update: I am obsessed with this cereal. This with raisins and Malk oatmilk keeps me full for HOURS! Unlike other cereal, I can eat just one bowl with raisins and be satisfied for hours! Its crunchy, very subtly sweet/nutty and just overall so perfect! I love it so much. Great ingredients I can feel good about putting in my body. It's even yummy for a quick crunchy snack without milk! So good.

Very tasty, organic, with limited sugar, and at a great price per ounce. Because the box is large, we put some of the cereal into a smaller container to keep in the cupboard and store the rest in the original box, resealed, in the pantry.

They taste good and are satisfying!

These taste so good and are reasonably healthy too. Good value for money and great for a healthy (ish) breakfast.

For a healthy cereal, I was quite surprised and liked it very much. The flakes are a little harder than most of your over processed cereals, but as a whole, I was quite pleased.

■食感 "しっとり"より"ザクザク"で食べ応えのあるタイプがお好きな方におすすめです。 グラノーラは最初はザクザクで美味しいですけど、直ぐにふやけてグニャグニャになるのがなんとなく苦手でした。 こちらはふやけ難く、最後までザクザク美味しく食べられました！ 届いて一杯食べて気に入って、直ぐに2袋目を注文してしまいました。 理想のザクザク食感のシリアルに出会えて嬉しいです。 ■甘さ 他の方のレビューにあるように、ほんのり甘いです。その甘さも砂糖ではなく「有機さとうきび糖、はちみつ」とのことで、安心して食べられます。ただ、一般的なシリアルよりは少ないですが、確かに糖は入っているので、無糖を食べたい方にはオススメしません。 ■その他 他の方のレビューにあるように、パッケージに書いてあるブルーベリーは入っていないのでお気を付けください。入っているのはザクザクしたシリアルのみです(笑)

My favourite tasty cereal..usually hard to find but finding it through Amazon made me happy.

Love this cereal, was happy to find it’s sold in Australia, used to purchase in the US when I lived there. Zero sugar, every single cereal here in Oz has either stevia, or sugar.

Love it. Reorder all the time. Add Honey to make it perfectly!
