My 12 y/o son really enjoys his new gaming computer system. It works very well, has very nice lighting and is a great buy for the price. The sound bar that comes with it is actually very cool and adds a lot to the overall experience. I certainly recommend this computer. Works very well and does the job admirably.

Computer wouldn’t run any games off steam. I’m new to gaming and wasn’t sure why so a or anything that would be required for steam games but I tried this PC setup an wouldn’t reccomend it do anything other than office work or just as a home computer. Computer is not good for streaming or gaming of any kind. I wouldn’t say it’s good quality because it seems like all of it was made in china besides the dell computer itself. Setup as easy. For WiFi connectivity there’s a usb drive you plug in and it’s super simple. Not worth the money if you want to game.

I needed an affordable PC because my other PC was really old and slow. I also do video and music editing so I settled on this one. I read some of the reviews after my purchase and was expecting a pile of slow, garbage to show up but I was pleasantly surprised. It's fast and I haven't had any problems at all while video and music editing. It's worked extremely well. I haven't used it for games and don't expect to, so I can't say how great it works for that. But if you're looking for an affordable, fast PC for music or video editing then this just might be the one for you.

When I moved to a new apartment, two of my three computer didn't survive the move. I needed another one quick. I have a two story apartment so I needed one upstairs and downstairs to handle my work load. I order the Dell Vostros 260s Desktop, honestly because it was inexpensive and I could get it fast. I've not been sorry. It's a great little machine and it tied into my network without any problem and I was back at work in not time. It is the best.

Purchased this computer bundle for our daughter for christmas and as soon as it was plugged in the computer caught on fire and was smoking. She immediately unplugged it & let us know. This is so so so dangerous. Something worse could have happened. We contacted them twice with no replies so after 2 weeks we called amazon support & let them know what happened. The lady from amazon could not have been sweeter or more helpful. She was very apologetic & immediately reached out to them. We originally just wanted them to exchange for the same thing but surprise surprise, amazon too couldnt reach them. We were refunded after 2 days. The price was lower than most, especially for a bundle but no deal is worth what could have happened. Please don't buy this especially if you have young kids who wont be aware of what to do if this happens again.

I'm a college student who was looking for a nice, affordable, well-running, pc. My cousin directed me to these guys, and after seeing my cousin's set up and the price, I bought my own; it even arrived early. That's where the pleasantries end. I set everything up and found that the pc exterior felt like sand paper which would not bode well for my desk, but I decided to put up with it; it wasn't the biggest problem I would run into. No, that honor went to the monitor. I booted everything up, and there it was, a monitor screen that looked to be bleeding pixels as it turned on. This was unacceptable, so I immediately went to Amazon to get a replacement monitor (I got the 24 inch). Bad news, I can't do that. The only option is to return everything and wait up to 30 days for a refund. Guess I'll spin the wheel again when that happens, or just buy from someone that actually checks what they send out to their customers.

had some issues with missing pieces but was sent replacements quickly and easily. tech support for setup and troubleshooting was good
