Ces crayons sont parfaits! L'enseignante de mon fils se plaignait qu'il n'appuyait pas assez quand il écrit et que ses travaux étaient trop pâles, elle avait de la difficulté à corriger. Ce n'est plus un problème avec ces crayons, ils sont vraiment très foncés, et l'écriture est douce. La mine semble moins casser qu'avec des HB classiques aussi, donc ils durent plus longtemps!

If you haven't tried pencils from India and/or Pakistan yet, it's time to change that, and the Doms X1 is a great pencil to begin your adventure. While "X-Tra Super Dark" may be a bit of an exaggeration, it does lay down a dark line. The lead just glides across the paper. But you're going to pay a price for it -- lots of sharpening. In a college rule notebook, I can write about three lines before I need to sharpen. I would rate the graphite at about a 3B. It is an attractive pencil with an alternating blue and silver paint scheme on the hexagonal barrel sides. There is a white band near the end, which is a blue cap. The paint finish quality is a bit lacking, with pain runs now and then. It does not have an eraser. Sharpening is very easy, and will take a long sharp point. The bonus eraser is a very good one, I haven't tried the sharpener, and I love having a cap to protect my point when it's in transit. This is perhaps the best pencil value going, and I highly recommend it.

I am a carpenter by trade, but I don’t like regular carpenters pencils. Tried a #2 pencil but it wasn’t good for carpenters. Too fine and not dark enough. Couldn’t find a #1 pencil until I found this set. Wonderful pencil. Dark, thick enough lines, and easy to sharpen. Highly recommend.
