Great tool
These are a great little teaching tool to use in a small group. Because they are small, I would not recommend using them for a whole group. After using them in a small group, I can give them to my students to work with at their seats. They can be used for a variety of activities as students learn to read and write. I also like the size, because my classroom doesn’t have a lot of storage, but I want to provide a variety of activities.

Great CVC magnets!
I love these magnets for practicing CVC (consonant vowel consonant) words directly in the whiteboard. Kids can have them on the board and then either use magnetic letters or a dry erase marker to sound out and write the word. These magnets are nice and thick and easy to grab on to. It doesn’t look or feel like the picture is going to peel off. And it has a good mix of words with different consonants and vowels used. The size is perfect, you can easily tell what the pictures are, and the colors are vibrant. My kids have had fun using them.

Easy to use
I like that these are great to use in a variety of ways, a sensory bin, on a magnetic board and on a bingo mat. I do wish there was a list to go with these and also a few repeats with the same word, like "pin" and "bat". This may be confusing for little children, although it would be great for discussing allophones. There are a few items that I'm not sure what they are - the 2 men together - and the blue circle that looks like a dart board. Any help? thanks
