this bread is disgusting. hard as a rock, tasteless save your money.

If this is organic where is the certified seal? Something seems off here.

All of the ingredients we use are USDA organic certified and we are in the process of getting our breads organic certified right now! So we will have the seal very soon :)

How long do you ferment the dough?

Hi there! We ferment the dough for at least 12 hrs, it changes slightly depending on the weather.

No. This bread isn't soggy or goey. As the directions read, it must be kept refrigerated or frozen. If taken out of the fridge you get best results when you spray a little canola or olive oil or pam spray on aluminum foil and toast on each side for 3 minutes. If you want a browned toast result then toast longer and just keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. If taken out of the freezer just let the slice(s) sit out for about 5 minutes and follow the above toasting instructions. Do not microwave to defrost or prepare.
