These exercise bands are awesome.They come in multiple strengths, excellent photoning building muscle.Very happy with the purchase.I highly recommend it.I also bought two extra sets to give out to my brother and a friend.I used this set with me and my son and we have a good time working out together.I would definitely buy more if they come out with stronger sizes. These bands work well for me to continue my physical therapy regimen at home. I have only owned them for a few weeks but the quality seems to be good for my usage. Just keep in mind I am using these for PT, not for any advanced or lofty strengthening goals.

I have been using for a few weeks now and I mainly use the last two heavy bands. I already have a few bands that I received from the physical therapist and they were more of a medium. The bands are sturdy and I love the blue colors that I chose. I was kind o hoping that they would retain shape when I use them on my thighs, but they do roll and bunch up some, but that doesn't stop me from being able to use. They could be a little bigger in length, but they do the job. The small carry bag is nice for storage or taking to the gym.

I had spinal surgery. These have saved me so much money in therapy. They are durable and the strengths are great as you build muscle.

Second pair (first one was a gift) and it’s perfect for what it is needed for! Love the colors and the little bag helps keep it clean and dust free. Love the colors! Delivery & process were great too.

Great bands. Not flimsy like my old ones. Good and strong but plenty of flexibility.

I purchased these bands after seeing all the positive reviews on Amazon. I like the color options and the variety of resistance bands, however the quality is not that great. Bands are thin and they roll up easily. I’ve used them both on bare skin (which I googled was not recommended because it irritates skin) and on top of leggings and both times the bands roll up. The bag it comes with is also very small and I basically have to roll up the bands to squeeze all of them in there. If you are a beginner at using bands, I think this product is alright. For more advanced workouts, would recommend better quality resistance bands.

Las bandas se ven y sienten de buena calidad. Solo he usado la de resistencia media para varios ejercicios y funciona perfectamente. Vienen en una bolsa muy práctica para guardarlas todas. Preferiría que no viniera cada una envuelta de manera individual en plástico, pues me parece mucho desperdicio. Pero es una apreciación independiente de su calidad.

Having read other reviews when buying loop bands and only one turning up when expecting a pack of five I was very pleased with this purchase. You get five bands of varying degree of difficulty, a guide for exercises and a bag to keep them in. I have tried all the bands and they are excellent, no snapping on first use as others have found with other brands. I am using them for rehabilitation exercises and they do the job very well. If looking to buy loop bands I would strongly recommend these ones.

Easy to use and beneficial

Best fitness bands purchase I ever made. the fact that they even come with a carry bag makes it that much easier to carry around!

Supers, utilisés aux cuisses et mollets ainsi qu’avec des exercices pour les bras, quotidiennement et je ne les ménage pas. Je n’utilise que les deux plus résistants. Belle surprise au niveau qualitatif.
