BTF-LIGHTING WS2812B IC PC Light Strip 4PCs 19in Individually Addressable for 5V 3Pin LED Headers for Asus Aura,Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light

I wanted to RGB my computer desk, so having 2 LED strips already on my desk, near my monitor, I decided to put these on the lip, pointed down, towards the floor. The adhesive didn't take towards the ends as well as I would have liked, since the weight of the connectors pulled them off of the desk, but that wasn't something a little tape couldn't fix. I already did an ARGB wire run, so I used a splitter I bought along with an extender I had previously to wire these to my motherboard and control them using ASRock Polychrome. This allows me to synchronize them to gameplay with ambient awareness on Razer Synapse 3.0. There are other programs that can be used to achieve the same thing, but I happened to be a current user of that software piece, so it's what I used. I'm very pleased with this LED kit. It's important to note that you can NOT wire these in series like you would expect, and run all 4 strips one after another. You must use that splitter that is in the box as the end of strip 3 and all of strip 4 go dead on one connection. However on the splitter sent in the bag, it'll all light up. They're bright, easy to control, and do as advertised.

These work great on my girlfriends computer desk as back lighting so far. Have them connected to a motherboard header and controlled with Mystic Light. Puts out all shades of color well. We've only been using them for 6 months or so, but no dead LEDs yet and the adhesive is holding strong still.

There is nothing really wrong with these light strips, and the value is good. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is due to the JST connectors. I know it's kind of standard for led strips in general but after using a strip with the motherboard style 3/4 pin connector I wish that more PC strips used that style of connector. The JST connector is better at staying connected, but it's bulky and requires a special adapter to go to a 3 pin 5v argb motherboard connector.

I really like these bright lights, especially with a recent motherboard upgrade to one that supports ARGB. My discovery with these is that they work with 2 strips split in parallel, but only 2.5-2.7 of the strips would light up if 3 or 4 were connected in series. I thought a strip had gone bad until I re-tested it with a different strip. Lesson learned, don't connect them all in series! Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with ease of installation and positionability, and these are a nice cosmetic upgrade!

A nice little kit to run a few extra RGB lights in my computer. Its a pretty nice little system with various ways to connect it to power. the lights are decently bright and in one aspect its a good product for the money. But there is a major problem, AT LEAST FOR ME some genius in labeling stuck the inventory label right over the directions. and this is not the nice easy peel label. nope this label is the shredding kind so its gonna take a month of peeling to get off. Now if you are a computer tech all is fine, but some of us are not so you have to jump through hoops and risk shorting a board to get the lights installed. A burned out motherboard seems a high price to pay cause you want some lights.

Great led lights for gaming computer and other electronics projects. Included cables are ok and get the job done.

Love the colors and the brightness. Tape doesn't stick to metal well in some areas. You may want to get a magnetic set or use extra double-sided tape. I used double sided tape to help me out. Worth it. Using a razer RGB controller and it works well. I will get another 4 pk real soon!

These lights look amazing in my case.! they are sooo bright. I have a mid tower case and they light it up sooo much. I only put 3 strips in the case and left the last one as underglow. It looks great!

Not sure how visable the strips are with my existing ARGB fans but very easy to use, just remove from package, plug the splitter into your ARGB controller and run your strips where you want them. Very bright but I knew the quality when I brought them as my gaming desk and monitors also use BTF lights with the WLED Native app and synced using SignalRGB. Very impressed as always I would say I'd buy again but I think I've run out of places to add more but we'll see after I've fully water cooled my PC.
