The piture says the rca jacks inputs. after reading everything they appear to be outputs, correct? is there a device to broadcast rca input?

Yes the RCA jacks are definitely outputs two speakers. Interesting though I connected the auxiliary import to my headphone jack on my TV and it plays the TV on the speakers as well. So it appears that the 3.5 inch auxiliary jack is an input and not an output (although I haven’t tried to see if it works as an output). It definitely works as an input and plays out thru the rca jacks

Can it pair multiple headphones?

The user manual doesn't seem to list the functions available with the multi-function button. It appears able to pause a song, skip to next song?

As far as I can tell, the term “multi-function” just refers to the fact that the same button is used as a power on/off as well as putting the device in Bluetooth pairing mode. I don’t think it has any music controlling functionality. Typically you would control your music directly from your wireless device such as phone/iPod/iPad etc.
