2008 digitally remastered edition of this album from the New York-based Thrash metallers originally released in 1989. Century Media. Review: CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED!! GROUNDBREAKING AND INTELLIGENT! LIGHT YEARS AHEAD OF ITS TIME - Im thankful this was reissued on VINYL!!! Absolute classic and the final open to close masterpiece from the most crucial days of NUCLEAR ASSAULT. Game Over/The Plague, Survive, Handle With Care. Three of the greatest thrash metal/crossover masterpieces with lyrics written about subject matter that is even more relevant today. My only dislike, and this is extremely subjective, and it does not affect my 5 star review but as someone who bought this record the week it was released originally, i always remember vividly the RED nuclear assault logo on the front cover of the HANDLE WITH CARE record. Somewhere along the line, someone doing one of the previous reissues messed up and the RED became Orange. Since then, all the reissues of HANDLE WITH CARE done over the years have one thing in common. They all have the wrong colored Nuclear Assault logo on the front. It's the kind of thing 9.9 out of ten people wouldn't care about... but as one of my all time favorite albums, I truly loved everything about it and still do. Solid Reissue, Packaging is nice, record sounds amazing!!!!!! I just want the logo to be RED like it is on my original IN EFFECT Records pressing from 89! Hopefully someone can adjust this for the future.... Review: An underappreciated thrash classic - This album along with Survive are Nuclear Assault's two best works and it's been so long since I gave Handle With Care proper attention that I forgot how good it sounds. This album is defined by the snarling, distorted bass guitar tone of Dan Lilker - one of the most underrated bass players in all of metal - and it really captures the urgency and menace of these songs that castigate the ills of society. This album was arguable the point at which Nuclear Assault were the most "famous" and came the closest to mainstream success. It's easy to see why because this is a phenomenal and incredibly aggressive thrash classic whose topics and music withstand the test of time.

A Thrash Masterpiece
Nuclear Assault's "Handle With Care", was one of the last great Thrash Metal albums of the 1980's, having been released near the end of 1989. This was my first exposure to the band, and to this day it stands as my favourite album by this group. As with most thrash bands at the time, the lyrics of the album contain thought provoking topics, while maintaining the aggression that these bands were known for. The album starts off with unusually titled "New Song", and goes straight into a total onslaught of speed and aggression. The album, however, has a couple odd moments (Funky Noise, Mother's Day) which manage to work in this album. Favourite tracks include: New Song, Critical Mass, Inherited Hell, Search and Seizure.

Century Media release
What a great album not a filler on this lp. Century Media who re released this messed up big time, first of all the print is pussy pink on the cover not DayGlow which was Nuclears signature. Second they messed up the track order, Inherited hell comes before the great Critical Mass, really? The record sounds good no skips but the details are for the weak.

Bad ass!
If you like thrash music like Megadeth, Metallica, Anthrax, Slayer then you will love this Album. Look some up on youtube, it is a thrasterpiece PERIOD. I have only two complaints. Its out of print here in the states and it seriously lacks bass so it can be a little hard on the ears without some good eq'ing. If you like really good, well written/though out thrash music then you will love this album!

CD Review
This album kicks *ss. A very faced paced, heavy, and smart album. A true classic, but also underated. The bass player, Dan Lilker, of early Anthrax and S.O.D. shreds and is one of my favorites. This is a great album to listen to while running, and or working out.
