They’re at level or lower/higher than the table. You would want it to be higher as you’re pushing it from the beginning, and want it to be lower as the wood is coming out of it. This is so that you don’t get any “steps” while pushing it through. It has bolts that you can make micro adjustments. But it’s not that accurate. It’s only meant as a support, nothing more. I’ve done 6 feet with no problem.
