Excellent Product!
Hard to find a supplement that provides 100% of Calcium AND Vitamin D. The added Magnesium has really helped my nightly leg cramps as well. The dosage is 3 tablets, they are big and not always easy to swallow. But overall, with price and what it provides, excellent product.
