Working Great for 9 Months Now
I've been controlling my Sky-Watcher AZ-GTi mount with one of these from my MacBook for months. For the last few weeks I've been using it with an ASIAIR Plus instead of the MacBook, and it's been working great with that, too. I bought a second one to have a spare. The only time I've had any trouble was after a cable snag that pulled the cable out of the RJ connector. I crimped new RJ connector on and shortened the cable while I was at it, making my wiring neater.

Need to download FTDI driver
Need to install the ftdi driver for windows and reboot. Works with synscan app and skywatcher virsuoto gti

Good serial cable
Bought this to allow my various astrophotography PCs to talk to a Sky-Watcher AZ-GTi mount. Cable works as intended ... INDI is able to see and command the mount with the cable connected, and appears to do so without any lag, or dropping communications. Recommended!
