What I like most about this product is the battery life and the fact that you can turn is off without removing the battery. Background noise is a little annoying, like when a fan is running the fan is louder than TV or Radio. I love the overall product.

Garbage product...stops working after return policy timeline...uncomfortable with or without glasses...earpieces are either too large or too small and uncomfortable...manufacturer's support is nonexistent...product design appears decades (if not generations) old but without the manufacturing quality of 40 years ago...just plain garbage for the landfill...don't waste your money on any Britzgo (Foshan More hope Technology Co. Ltd) product! Buy a hearing amplifier that actually works! 'More hope Technology' is really 'no hope' - 'you wasted your money hope' - 'hope you do better next time'...Britzgo products should be banned by Amazon. This products deserves zero stars.

The amplifier arrived as expected. It is very light weight, easy to set-up, and use. There is a sound that is constantly heard through the earbud. Sounds like white-noise, and it is **constant**, even with the volume all of the way down. The product manual does reference this constant sound, but it does not go away, even with changing the earbud sizes. There are frequency modes that can be set easily. I think it would be helpful to explain a bit more which types of sounds apply to each of the frequencies. For example, in a room filled with people talking, try this frequency mode. The mic picks up the sound in the room, but very faintly, so I do not hear a big difference, even adjusting the volume. I only have trouble with high frequency sounds, and I could not readily distinguish any of the sounds heard, on any of the frequency modes offered: wide; low; med; and high. If you have constant ringing in your ears (tinnitus) then it may be easier for you to adapt to the constant white-noise.

Like many other reviewers who commented here, my Mom has lost some very expensive hearing aids over the years. After a recent loss, we tried another brand of hearing amplifier (not good) and then tried this one and it works pretty well, especially considering the relative cost. Hearing aids are expensive because they're tailored to amplify the particular frequencies the wearer has problems with. This product has different modes that amplify frequency ranges, and it has a volume control, so you can test different combinations to see what works best. My only suggestion is that they make the unit more slim-lined, if possible. It's a little thick to sit well behind Mom's ear. But overall, she's been pleased with it.
