Perfect fit replacement part
Great replacement for my whirlpool washer. Looks and functions as described. Solved the problem and appears to be more durable than the original. Perfect fit and match for the original part. This is a great value. Would buy again if I ever need to fix another washer with the same issue.

Cheap fix
Fixed my 20 yr old Kenmore washer. Sympton: no agitation and strange noise. Old one did not have metal sleeves and broke apart. Pretty easy fix with a lot of YouTube videos showing process.

So far, so good!
My nearly 40 year old KitchenAid washing machine quit agitating. I’ve never had to replace a washing machine before and just a few months prior I had to replace our dryer so I didn’t really want to spring 6- 700 for a new washing machine. My wife was actually the one who dug into it at first and read that it could be the coupler. I came home from work and our washing machine was taken apart. Lol. So dug in there and got the old coupler out and it was worn out and stretched out. The pegs were wearing down. So I ordered this and right away it seemed much more heavy duty. The pegs are more rectangular rather than cylindrical so I don’t think the coupler will stretch out as easy as the old one did. So I put it in and put it all back together and sure enough it works better than it ever has… at least since we’ve had it.. it came with the house we bought six years ago. So I’m pretty confident this will last. The older washing machines seem to last longer and I’m super glad I didn’t have to buy a new one.

Just didn't need.
Didn't need this part after all. Pieces were all there in a sealed package. Looked solid and correct.

Perfect fit!
Installed yesterday. 4 loads in, so far, so good. Washer was making a noise like a stripped plastic gear. The auger would turn extremely slow on spin cycle, but the basket wouldn't turn at all. Internet search said it could be this coupler or the transmission. I figured I'd try this first. Tearing into the washer, I didn't think this was actually bad at first until I got some light on it. The transmission side of the coupler was stripped out. When reinstalling everything, I had to use a crescent wrench on the pump side of the motor to get things lined up. The motor is a bit heavy to reinstall, but just make sure everything is lined up. Disconnect the top motor clip last and reinstall the top motor clip first. I watched a YouTube video on how to do this. It was fairly easy. Although the video didn't say anything, I needed a socket set to remove the motor's clips. I think it was a 6mm socket. The video also said to turn the washer on it side or tip it backwards, but I was able to replace this part without moving the washer at all.

This coupler fit my Roper direct drive washing machine perfectly. It was fairly easy to install. Quality appears to be good. Only time will tell about durability.

Being able to quickly get this part saved me some serious money - it's not hard to install (lot's of youtube videos) - looks like it is built better than OEM installed part (OEM lasted 20yrs tho) - quick shipping

Confirming that this item worked for its intended purposes. Quality seemed to be good as well. The metal bolt on the inside was not on the original piece but on the replacement which will most likely prevent damage to the piece over time.
