Can the panels be cut down to size without falling apart ?

It wont be as stable but I have cut my 6 ft ones.

What do I need to buy to fix these on top of a brick garden wall?

You really need two small posts screwed into the wall on one side spaced to take the ends of the trellis. They look really smart and offer good privacy. Well made.

Can i put this up the longest way up

Brilliant-very pleased

I ordered 8 and they are brilliant. I have a Red-robin bush I planted but my little dog gets in between them, so I have placed theses 2ft high panels in front as a barrier and they look like planters. Very happy. Excellent delivery that was early and left in a neat manner. Thank you
