This is my third time buying this product and it does the job, with consistent usage. My PCOS symptoms have reduced by taking this supplement along with diet and exercise. My appetite has been curbed, no stomach issues, my body feels well if I take it with a high carb meal. And of course, lost weight and inches - but again, it was in combination with proper diet and exercise. I also found that if I take the recommended dose at one time, the capsules burst if burping and a puff of the vitamin comes out of my mouth. I opted to take throughout the day instead and don't face that issue any longer. Note: It is important to understand your PCOS type in order to get the best results.

Best berberine I have tried I have tried a couple of brands but this one is the best! It's a little more expensive than the others, but it's worth it. It helps me with the digestive process and keeps my colon free of inflammation. It also reduces my food cravings. Love it

Started taking this to help with my PCOS cravings and hoping it will help with my insulin resistance as berberine has been know to help with that among other things. I’ve been taking it for a month and I believe its working some what but I do need to give it more time as with any natural product it does take time for the body to get the full benefits. I have not noticed any negative side effects which is good. I’m unsure if it’s helped with my energy levels yet or if it’s helped me loose weight but it may have. I’m also on a low calorie intake diet so I’ve seen positive results just with that. I will continue to take these as I like the natural ingredients and there don’t seem to be any additional additives. It does have a taste to it a little bitter but I don’t mind it. I try to remember to take it before every meal but sometimes I forget if I get busy. Otherwise I would recommend for anyone to try.

Look honest review this help to control your appetite it makes not get much hungry but for me it gives bad yellow spots in my body in my hands and it gives me stain it makes my stomach hurt makes my skin look I think everyone it’s different I stop taking them so for my skin come back to normal .

Was recommended to use by nutritionist. Well taken consistently as directed you do see a difference. Easy to swallow, not much taste. Health benefits, weight loss, energy level, and sleep all occurs if taken as directed.

I use several products from wholesome story and love them, so I decided to try out their berberine. It looks like one of the pills in this bottle popped or leaked so there's berberine powder all over the inside of the bottle. If I handle some of the pills in my hand, they get covered with the powder. I've taken some, and you can definitely taste the berberine. There's a reason the powder is in a capsule (the powder is very bitter)
