can I spar with this?

This is made of plastic and you can practice for kata but not for full contacting or spar. Hope this helps. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you. E-BOGU Team

is this sharp or not ?

No. It has a blunt edge, but could still easily bruise an opponent in a match. It’s great for practicing katas!

Pretty durable since it's Polypropylene. They don't crack or deteriorate like wooden ones do and they can take a beating. Not recommended for full contact sparring though
