Great stuff
This stuff really works. It's important to follow the clearly written directions to the letter, and curing times can be substantially longer than the claimed 5-10 minutes for larger/deeper repairs (it doesn't help that the blue light is so small). Out of the syringe, the gel is very viscous, which is great if patching a vertical segment as it doesn't sag at all while wet. I had a couple of 1/4" deep gouges to fill in a granite counter: on the first one, I tried filling it in layers, curing each layer before applying the next. This turned out to be very time consuming, requiring the blue light to be moved back and forth over the layer being cured. For the second gouge, I started at one end of the gouge and filled in a small section completely, cured it, then filled in the next section, and so on. Total time was probably the same, but it was much less labor intensive as I could set up the blue light on the small section being cured and walk away until it was time to start the next section. I also used the acrylic to fill in some small pits, and that was much more straightforward, again with very good results.

Worked well, finished product color is black
Worked well, followed the step by step directions. A 1/4" by 1/4" chip in a granite counter top edge took at least 12 applications, using a small amount at a time of the light cured material. Key is to work in small layers to build up to an even or slightly above the surface layer to keep sanding to a minimum. I used fresh clear adhesive tape each time over the repair for the light curing & if any of the material was still wet after curing I wiped it away before adding more. A small amount of product would remain wet after light curing & stick to the tape I was using, I used fresh clear tape each time. Light curing time for each layer was 15-30 minutes. Light cured the last step for about an hour and a half, then carefully followed the sanding & polishing directions. Work slowly, use small amounts of the filler, and exercise patience. Finished repair blends in perfectly after it was sanded, wet sanded, & polished. Edit: A year later (Feb. 2022) the repair is still as good as new. Holding up well, very pleased with this product.

Works
Simple and easy to use. Worked well with my application the inside edge (beveled) of a granite counter top around the sink. Followed instructions. Hardening was my issue. The led light only got so far and it was still sticky after a half an hour. So I went over it with rubbing alcohol and finished the job. Looks good, remember you are repairing, not replacing. I am very happy with the outcome.

Doesn't work
I had high hopes for this product and after reading many reviews I made the purchase after noticing a sizable crack on my granite countertops. Most others had a chip so I figured that since I had a crack it'd be relatively easier to fix, though I knew what to look out for in accordance to reviews. That said, when I received it I was sorely disappointed. My first big issue was that I noted that there was an expiration date on the syringes and that it was past that date (by months mind you. As in 9 months past) but I figure that I'd try it anyway so take the rest of the review with that in mind. I used everything as directed and everything looked decent through the clear plastic meant to help the curing process. The instructions said at most 7 minutes but I read some reviews that say that the bluelight included isnt strong enough. No big deal, I had my own I bought awhile ago. I turned both on and let it sit on the counter overnight and figured it'd be cured by the time I got up in the morning. I was wrong... so I decided to try to download the phone app they recommended as well to cure. The app only lets you have it on in 5minute increments max so I paid more attention it this time and repeatedly turned it on after testing every 5 minutes. It never cured! There's a portion on the instructions that said that after the elapsed time if its still tacky then I could use rubbing alcohol to wipe down the counter and it'll be fine so I thought maybe it was okay and I just didnt know what to look for. I wiped down the counter with the prescribed rubbing alcohol and the crack was not only still there but equally as visible as before I tried to use this product! I've watched all the videos and I've read all the reviews... I did everything I could and even tried again 2 more times with the same product to no avail. The whole ordeal has made me livid I spent an entire 2 days and wasted 30$ trying to use this product without any results to show for it. Maybe it works fine if it wasn't expired but buyer beware I suppose. This is as much of a review of the product as it is about quality control.

It WORKS like a charm!
This product is fantastic and an inexpensive, alternative to a $250 service call by a person who will pull out this same package and do just exactly what HIMG instructions will tell you what to do. I want to admit right up front that I've got experience working with epoxy, bondo, plexiglass repairs from my time in military aviation, but this is simple enough for even the greenest tyro. When you make a Packing tape 'Dam' for an edge repair, you can do the fold-over like the instructions suggest and then run a second piece of tape across your 'Dam' (end to end) to hold it in place or you can cut the long side of the tape in 2 places to make a 1 inch flap in the center that you fold over and then place against the chipped edge while leaving the still sticky ends to tape the 'Dam' in place. I also used the curing LED for 12 minutes as opposed to 5 - 8 just because I could. Don;t get too agressive with the sand paper and you could pick up an 800 or 1200 grit fine grade sandpaper that you can wet with water to give it that professional finish.

Didn’t work and caused more of an issue
