Making a Better Picnic Table
Great set of plans and just what I was looking for. I had excess 2 x 6 cypress lumber from another project and I modified the plans by using just the 2 x 6 boards I had which made for a much sturdier (and heavier) table and benches. The plan calls for 2 x 6's, 2 x 4's and 2 x 3's as well as galvanized fasteners. I also substituted by using all stainless steel fasteners. This table will last forever.

Not the picnic table that I thought it would be
I was excited to get this blueprint to make a table and benches. I purchased the hardware and the wood that was specified to get. I was disheartened because the measurements that were written down were incorrect. The square measurements were incorrect, 45 degrees 75 degree or the 90 degree it didn't matter they were wrong. I have finished-the-table but it does not look very good because I had to compensate for-the mistakes that were in the blueprints. You should redo the blueprints but correctly this time.
