Looks fantastic, day and night!
This was a gift to myself, and my garden. It's well made, and worth what I paid for it. The solar light with color changes is beautifyl. The only negative is that the stake that goes into the ground is not very sturdy. I had to put large rocks around the base to keep the wind spinner from wobbling too much.

Beautiful Wind Spinner
No issue with the product but I would recommend that you use glue to secure the threaded ends. The spinning motion causes the nuts to loosen and fall off.

Poorly made, fell apart.
Worked pretty well, until it didn't. Only the front pinwheel spun. The back one barely turned. The material it's made of seems to be too heavy to spin unless it would be gale force winds. I have a whirligig that spins delightfully. The pole sections have to be tightened often. We have pretty strong wind in OK, which should be great for this item.. until it wasn't. I managed to find one of the bolts. But I'm still looking for the other one so I can put it back together. So far it's a fail.

Unique addition to our landscaping
I had a smaller and less ornate 'spinner' in my front landscaping and opted for something taller for that space. I found this option and between the colorful stones in the design and the solar LED, it really hit the mark. It's a little wobbly because of how tall it stands but I tighten the pole every so often and it remains sturdy. I might actually remove one of the lengths to shorten it as an option. But we are very pleased with this purchase.

Looks nice, but could use improving
UPDATE 2022: Bushing or bearings inside spinner arms broke into pieces and little ball bearings were everywhere. The spinner blades no longer work and just dangle off the arms. Looked great when there is a strong wind. Original post -This spinner is a little on the heavy side so there does need to be a good gust to get both sides spinning at the same time. I have found if there is only one spinner connected on one side it works pretty good even with a light breeze. Both spinners connected at the same time seems to cause it a conflict. I think the amount of breeze needed and the combo of the spinners going in opposite directions allows one side to spin then when the breeze is from a different direction, the opposite side spins. Both sides do spin in strong wind. It does light up at night with multiple colors. It does not have an option to stay on just one color. As far as parts, it is what it is, basic thin rods that screw together in sections so it does wobble. It has a three prong foot at the bottom to secure it. It has not toppled over even in strong wind gusts to 35 mph so far, but does wobble. The rod top section where the spinners connect is meant to rotate around to catch a breeze. I placed a plastic disc between the top section rod and second section of rod so the unit can very easily spin around. Its the little grey thing in the picture. I think this has improved the movement and its ability to catch a breeze quickly. Positioning the spinner takes a little patience as it wants to catch the breeze from the face side or on the blade edge, so practice with a few spots. A couple other improvements included adding either threadlock or some teflon tape on the threads as this seemed to help with one nut that would not stay on. Since the solar light faces upwards moisture can drip along the crackled glass globe edge into the unit. It is not waterproof. Either pick up the unit and put in dry place if rain/moisture threatens or seal the bulb base to the glass globe. I put a few rubber bands on the light globe parts then screwed together. Maybe even a Lexel sealer would work between glass and base. Definitely do not let moisture get into the solar electronics under the glass globe. Moisture and electronics do not mix. Be gentle with the glass globe as it has a less than stellar thread method and it could easily come off if handled abruptly. Update 2021, yes the glass globe broke. Go to Wally and pick up a cheap stick in the ground light with similar crackle glass as it did fit as a replacement glass. LED 'bulb' is a soldered on circuit board diode. The diode bulb is not replaceable unless one knows how to solder on a new diode. So one star less for the quality and the additional work trying to get it to work. For the price it is ok and may last a few years until it becomes non-functional and the bearings/bushings fail. One star less - since it is now broken, it will be dismantled and turned into decorative garden art pieces in the yard. The good thing is the changing light color globe is still functional and has out lasted everything else in this spinner. To make this a better product, it needs better bearing/bushings, a better threaded system to keep glass globe on, take some weight off the spinner blades, better screw on caps to keep blades on, a o-ring or seal between glass and base to keep out moisture. Sad to say probably would not recommend this spinner now. Have two other spinners that are still going strong bought near same time.

Pretty but…
Love how it looks. And love the colors of the light. But the spinning parts keep coming off. The lock nut is not working and will come loose and fall off then the spinning parts fall off. Very frustrating to have to keep putting it back together after small amounts of wind.

It does light up at night and does swivel with the wind very well.
It is a beautiful spinner. It moves with the wind all over. It lights up at night. You can adjust the length of the pole for the height you want or need. It looks very nice in my front yard.

Pleasant yard accessory
We visited my brother in law and he had one of these spinners in his front yard. The wind was blowing gently and the spinner was rotating. My wife saw it and she had to have one! It was relatively simple to assemble. I learned a new word that was used in the instructions , “circlip”. I had never seen that word before, but it refers to the part that holds the wheel on the axle—I had to look it up. It’s spinning in my yard now. My only reservation is the extension tube setup. It seems rather flimsy and I’m afraid a strong wind might bend it or knock it over. I’ll probably replace it with a piece of pipe or use a sturdy fence post driven deep into the ground and zip tied to the extension tube. For now, I’ve removed one section of the extension tube and that seems to make the unit a bit more stable, albeit a foot shorter.

Ce vire-vent est vraiment très beau. Il tourne très bien et est décoratif. Je suis satisfaite.

Cheaper elsewhere than I paid. It’s a mute point as it doesn’t spin. So at any price it just doesn’t spin.

Unfortunately it couldn’t our winds and fell apart
