Is there any other product like this that is not made of aluminum? Stainless steel is less toxic and lasts longer. Would much prefer that material.

Will this work with a butane stove top?

Yes, the Omnia oven will work with a butane stove top. The only heating source it won't work with is an induction plate. Steve

I think that the lower price must be for the oven, only, including neither the baking rack nor the disposable parchment papers. The Omnia Oven I sell comes with the baking rack and 12 custom disposable parchment rounds for use on the rack. I manufacture the parchment rounds using a custom die and press. Don

Can you bake potatoes in this? Can you make baked fish in this?

Hi John, Yes you can bake potatoes in the Omnia Oven. It helps to have the wire rack when cooking potatoes since this keeps the potatoes off the bottom and will allow the air to flow underneath them and they are less likely to get burned on the bottom. You can also bake fish in the Omnia Oven. You might want to check out the Silicone Liner accessory since this makes cleanup a breeze. Hope this information helps.
