A good traditional Italian pasta
If you know pasta, you know there are certain criteria for a good pasta. Bronze die cut, low temp dried, quality semolina and spring water. No chemicals! The Delverde brand came highly recommended by an Italian chef I follow on social media. Definitely not the least expensive, but the flavor and feel are well worth it.
