ordered these B10K potentiometers for my business technicians, and they’ve worked well for various electronics repair projects. These are great for cheap projects but not quality. If you actually buy a high quality potentiometer you will see the difference. These are not nearly well made or as accurate in adjustment. In regards to other comments, I am finding people are mixing wired vs. carbon and their capabilities. Both are engineered for different uses. Folks are not understanding the differences are their uses.

If you don't need any consistency or precision OR price is your only concern, these are for you....

I imagine all 10 components were in great shape when they were manufactured, but they were packaged poorly for shipment. All ten pots, their washers, and nuts were all crammed into the same small resealable bag*. * 2 bags, in fact. To avoid confusion: they were double-bagged, but the pots and all their hardware were loose together in the inner-bag As a result, the loose hardware tangled with the pins and several arrived with mangled/bent pins. I can bend these pins back, but the next order might break them off entirely over a longer shipment if not better protected. That all said, the components worked exactly as I needed them. 5/5 stars for the pots themselves. 1/5 stars for the packaging.
