It punches holes...
It's punches holes and does it well. The machine is mostly metal, with the base being a mild plastic. It feels really sturdy and the operation couldn't be smoother. I only punch 15-20 sheets at the time. The auto binder is a great addition, like the manual says start it off 3-4 turns by hand and then you bump it. That's it. All around wonderful machine, would recommend.

Great machine. Saves $$
This machine is a money-saver and time-saver. I use this in my consulting business to make the final physical reports, and for workbooks in my training classrooms. It probably costs me $1 per booklet to make as opposed to a wide variety of pricing from various printing agencies. For low volume printing that could be as high as $10 per book. Ships with binders. I purchased clear cover and black cardstock backing and my reports look better than from the printing companies. In just 2 jobs so far, I saved $180 in printing and binding costs.

very easy to set up and use -
I am so glad I purchased this device! I was paying a small fortune going to printers to make booklets for my business. This device is affordable, sets up in minutes, and is super easy to use. Anyone who needs to make booklets or presentations on a regular basis should most definitely buy this device!!

Sturdy and easy to use
Solidly built and easy to use. I bought it for a project thinking i would sell it after. But now I can't part with it so I just keep asking my friends if they need anything spiral bound. I chose this model because it was cheaper that the next level up and it was sturdier than the next level down. Took off one star because the power doesn't work unless the adapter is juuuuuust right (I think I received a faulty adapter).

Excellent
I had the previous model and after 5 years of daily and continuous use it finally gave up. I ordered the newer model feeling discourage about the quality of it and the price, but I need it for business purposes so I had to buy it. Initially, the delivery date was set for Saturday, but thank you so much to whoever shipped it before the given date for it arrived by Thursday allowing me to not interrupt my productivity flow. The newer model is so smooth when hole punching I can't believe how much I took in upgrading.

Easy to use
Fast and easy; works great. Seems to be reasonably sturdy. I expect this to last a long time with my light use.

Good overall just slow
It works well once you get it aligned correctly. I’m using 12” paper, so have to flip and punch one more hole. Tedious but it does work. I’m looking for a “faster” longer tool with 54 pins, not just 46. For the $, I think it’s a good buy, on Amazon that is!

Hey, save me lots of money making booklets and manuals
I make company manuals, and I can make a few at a time this way and keep them up today. Easy to use and quick. Love the flexibility it provides for my business.

A solid machine. Very easy to use. Smooth to punch through several pages at a time, because the punchers are staggered, they don't punch all at the same time. We punched hundreds of 5 mil laminated pages with ease, and it keeps working as new. The roller at the top is very helpful. Super easy to use. The handheld tool is helpful, it was a bit tricky to learn how to use it, but once you figure out the angle of the cut, by trial and error, it is very helpful.
