Perfect Hummingbird Feeders
Hummingbirds love them! My hummingbirds flocked to the feeders immediately. They come apart very easly for cleaning before refilling. I have an ant problem around my home, so my single biggest concern was that feeders not leak! These meet that requirement perfectly. Even on windy days, these feeders don't leak a single drop of sugar water to attract/feed ants. The built in and moat has drains that keep it from overfilliing when it rains.

Best feeder.
Perfect. Allows 5 Hummingbirds at once. Hummingbirds are easily attracted to this feeder. I now have 4 of this feeder. Very easy to clean. Best value.

Stop looking and buy these!
I could not possibly be more pleased with this item! I have waited a few months before reviewing to be sure. I experimented with quite a few styles of feeders and this one has zero room for improvement. The birds love it and get to rest while eating by perching on the ring around the outside. It is very sturdily built. It is the easiest thing in life to put together, disassemble and clean, which none of the others were. It's effortless! It sits flat and secure for filling, which many didn't. They even include a tiny brush for cleaning the holes, which is awesome. I adore that when they feed from just the right angle, you can actually see their tiny tongues darting into the nectar through the clear sides and bottom. The ant moat is easy to fill with water and effective. I have not had a single insect in the nectar. The metal they use to suspend it looks like it will last years. Since my feeders do not have shelter, I bought $5 clear domed weather shields that hang above the feeders to keep rain out of them. They were at Hobby Lobby. I cannot recommend these feeders more highly. Save yourself time and energy by starting with these.

Great feeder
This is my initial review of the feeder. I've used several including the First Nature 16 ounce (5/5 design) and a couple others. Cleaning: 5/5. Very easy to clean. Two pieces that come apart, easy to get to everything, round edges, no real complaints here. Maybe the backside of the port is an annoyance because it can catch on a sponge, but that's minor. Aesthetic: 5/5. You can clearly see all sides, and the railing elevates the bird just enough to get a good view of them. The red is very bright too. Appeal to birds: 5/5 I've read people say their birds haven't visited it. Getting birds to visit your place takes time. I was previously using First Nature feeder last year and just put these up in March and birds visited it within hours. They're probably my birds from last year. If birds aren't coming to the feeder it's likely that you don't have birds yet or they're not coming consistently. Durability: TBD. I suspect this won't last as long as some other feeders. The plastic feels very hard, so I suspect that if it falls it's more likely to break than some other feeders. Ant moat: I have my own so I probably won't use it, but it's nice to have built in. Other: we recently had a big wind storm here in Texas (broken trees, flipped trash cans etc). I believe the having the food at the bottom of the feeder rather than in a central reservoir like your typical feeder helped it remain stable. My other feeders were sticky from having the nectar splash out, none of these were sticky and from what I can tell I didn't lose any nectar. The design is probably more aerodynamic so it was catching less wind too. 5/5 design. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 rating is because of what I mentioned about the hardness of the plastic. If these make it through the season I may revise the rating.

Birds love it, I love it!
I have a bird camera that I've set up to watch hummingbirds at our feeder. My old feeder was the kind with a gravity-fed bottle and it was difficult to see the birds if they used the port that was opposite the camera (since that meant the camera was looking through the bottle). Solution: A flat feeder. So I found this set and selected the "like new" version of the 5-port feeder. For the price, I hoped it would at least last a season. I am so impressed with the quality of these feeders! The plastic is thick and sturdy and cleans very easily! So much nicer than needing a bottle brush for the old style. The hook threads smoothly into the opening for hanging, and I had the feeder set up very quickly. I was a little worried that the neighborhood birds wouldn't take to the new feeder, since their old one had yellow or white flower ports. I didn't need to worry, as the birds were using this new feeder within minutes of it being set up. And it's so fun to watch the hummers just sit and sip. I like the thought that they are maybe taking a break on the perch. I have observed ants crawling on the feeder at night, even with the ant moat filled, but I do not see any ants inside the feeder so they appear to not be able to get into the ports.

The best hummingbird feeders
These are my favorite hummingbird feeders. I have 6 now. They are easy to clean. I don’t have to worry about any injuries to the hummers. And mostly insect free.

The hummers love them!
I like these because the birds can sit on the rim. I wish they were a tad smaller. Requires a let of nectar to fill, and of course it's best to change it every couple of days. Easy to clean as well. All in all, a good feeder.

My hummingbirds love them
Really does what it says...no insects, no bees, doesn't leak. So easy to fill, even comes with the recipe; and I can't believe it but no birds have figured out how to get on it. I had the glass jar ones before and would hate it when a woodpecker would hang off it or other birds would try and feed from it only having all the water leak out. It's been fun watching my hummers sit there and drink from it.

Bought these quite a while back and I do not regret this at all. They humming birds really seem to like the style of these. Very easy to clean, and sturdy. I have found that some tiny bugs/flies can get into the small holes. For the most part they are great and good price too. I ordered a set for my mother in law too.
