Taking it for the last 15 days or so. But more than one pill a day makes one really constipated. Digestion wise it is a boon. Especially after a heavy meal. Helps a lot with stomach fullness bloating and gas.

This actually works! Trying to not take my PPI and this actually worked. It doesn't work for tomatos and super acidic things. But everyday life improved.
