Great tasting refreshing health drink.

Best taste of all Benecol drinks.
I always go for the strawberry drink. It has a much more realistic taste than the other flavours. I have been drinking these daily since when my cholesterol levels have returned to normal. Not sure whether this due to the Benecol or other factors but it probably contributed.

It really does reduce cholesterol
My Doctor diagnosed me with non alcoholic fatty liver, which give high cholesterol. I started taking 1 yogurt a day and in combination with a little exercise lowered my cholesterol to safe levels.

It's okay as an expensive drink.
I don't know about this, I bought it for months and didn't see any improvement. Tastes nice though.
