I only ever used rain ex on my cars windows and it does a good job, but only if you follow the instructions exactly and the coating does last about a month, so buying the SOFT 99 GLACO glass cleaner was a bit of a leap of faith. I'd seen the demo videos on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Well it really does do exactly what the adverts say, you just scrub the spongy part over the screen then spray a bit of water over the screen , shammy it dry and gave it a buff with a microfibre cloth and wow the windows were super shiny and water just sheets off, so I honestly haven't had to reapply this now for over three months so i will be switching to this and buying again , its a great product

So far so good. Bought this due to windscreen judder, and it has cured it. I still get a little squeak when the wipers go near the resting position, but maybe I just need another coat when I can fully clean my car after this hosepipe ban is lifted...

This roll-on compound is easy to use and does a solid job prepping car glass before any coating. The built-in felt applicator makes it mess-free, and the abrasive formula tackles oily films and traffic residue well. Just squeeze, rub, rinse — then the glass feels clean and ready. After rinsing, my windscreen was noticeably clearer and beads water better once coated. It gives a fresh, smear-free finish. Minor thing: It looks a bit messy while using (like beige paste), but washes off easily. ✅ Would I buy it again? Yes — it preps glass well, is easy to use, and sets up coatings nicely.

Absolutely fantastic product. I bought a used Mazda 3 couple years ago and love this car but I've been battling some weird coating on my windscreen and this has made my visibility a world of difference now. The different between my rear side windows to my front side windows when it's wet is night and day. Will definitely add this to my detailing kit permanently. This leaves the window very spotless and maybe I'll get Glaco repellent coating used before winter comes. Application is very easy and simple - for the price you pay, I would say this is a must buy.

I received this product on the 1/7/24 and immediately used it on the windscreen of my car. I applied it exactly as per the instructions and washed it off with a high pressure hose as directed. From the outside all appeared clean but when I went into the car to clean the inside of the screen I could clearly see the marks from the Glaco product which were like smearing all over the screen. I had to use the Autoglym glass polish to get it all off and then buff it to finally clean the screen. This has been an expensive mistake in buying this product and the only saving grace is that I didn’t purchase the glass coating that you’re supposed to use after cleaning the screen. If I’d put this on as well then god knows how I’d have got them both off. Quite simply don’t by this glass cleaner as you’ll be sorry.

Decent product which is easy to apply. Good price but not as good or long lasting as Gyeon Q2M View.

Simplemente impresionante. Tenía el parabrisas delantero con restos importantes de resina (seca) tras haber aparcado debajo de un árbol. Compré varios productos , lo lave varias veces incluso a mano ….. todo sin éxito. En el primer uso quito la mayoría , en el segundo quito todo , excepto una pequeña zona donde el brazo no me llega …. Leer bien modo de aplicarlo intentando que el parabrisas esté mojado en su aplicación. No es barato , pero cuesta lo que vale. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. Gran producto !!
