I am using the product since 2 years. But last month it stopped working and when I filled complaint against same, I received replacement with 5 days. The backup is good. Service is also good. Recommended if you have frequent power cut issue.

Worked well during the warranty period and gave proper backup for my WiFi. After 1 year, it stopped holding charge and now there is no power backup. Disappointed with the durability.

The product is very good, just after one year battery backup got less so i informed Oakter customer support team..The team is gr8, even though the product was out of warranty I got replacement mini ups. Such type of service is rare now a days and i really appreciate it.

Initially the device stopped working after two months and backup was not available. I contacted customer care and they supported me very well. They resolved my issue and now the UPS is working properly. Special thanks to the customer care executive for quick response and helpful support. Really appreciate the service.

installation is simple and it does the work. I think by reducing the battery size they can make this device small and cheaper. Small enough to be attached to the router itself with sticker as 3 hours backup is too much, even 15 minutes backup is enough.
