How heavy is the headlamp? And can the batteries be replaced?

it's about 5 oz. The battery can not be replaced; but you can use AAA battery as a secondary battery

I have tossed this in the water and it is good for about 10 - 15 minutes at 1 meter. Storms, dust, rain, sweat, etc. should have no affect on the performance of this light and it comes with an extra battery bank seal.
