Could be tricky to set up, but once you figure it out it works
It's really mini. Smaller than what I expected. I like the size. At first I couldn't figure out how to pair with my headphones - but I just had to put my headphones in "pairing mode" which for sony wh-1000xm3 is by holding the power button for a few second. After that I was disappointed to find out how low the level of sound is - but it turned out I had to increase the volume from the headphones itself - the sony wh-1000xm3 have touch controls, and now they sound great. I'm tempted to leave one star review, so if you're like me and read only the negative reviews you would see this comment and know that "there is a way". I saw other buyers complaining that it worked only for short period and then it broke - I guess I'll have to test that. Overall I was looking for something small, simple and not very noticeable, that can fit in my headphones case, and I believe I found it. Jan2026 - update Just completed a 24+ journey from the States to Europe and the transmitter worked great . Battery held for over 13hrs flights. Didn't notice any delay in the sound. Admittedly didn't pay attention on the quality of the sound, as I don't expect Hi-fi sound in the plane, but I don't have any complains. My headphones connected immediately, without a problem. At first I panicked, as I couldn't hear anything, but I quickly realised I have to increase the volume from the headphones themselves. For my wh-1000xm3 - the right side of the headphones is touch sensitive and you can increase the volume from there. I aimed for about 50% volume from the headphones and then about 50% from the in-flight media itself.

Transmit mode works great! Stereo sound!
Edit: This item was earmarked for a certain project, but for whatever other reason, something in the setup was not coming through. The system works without this, so when it didn’t work when I added this, it seemed as though the issue (see original review) was with this new addition. However… I used this on my laptop and listened to it for atleast an hour. So, have to assume there was a disconnect between two otherwise working systems that didn’t like each other. I am changing my review to show that this gadget DOES work in transmit mode. I hardwired it to my computer using the AV cord that came with it, then used a Bluetooth headset. Worked great, AND in stereo sound! Original: I have been trying to use this as a transmitter connected to a Listen receiver in order for me to use Bluetooth earbuds with the system and it will not stay in transmit mode. It stops transmitting after a couple of minutes. I’ve tried unpairing and repairing several times, and it continues to stop transmitting to my Bluetooth earbuds. If it continued to work, it would do exactly what I needed it to do!! The idea is awesome, but it needs to work as advertised and it doesn’t.

Reliable, crystal-clear audio adapter—solid performance with minor room to grow
Bottom Line: A very dependable little device that does exactly what it promises. Nothing in this world is truly flawless, but for making non-Bluetooth tech wireless, it gets the job done well. WHAT WORKS WELL: Clean Audio & Low Latency: The Bluetooth 5.3 connection is stable with crisp, detailed sound. When hooked up to watch TV with wireless headphones, there isn't any noticeable lip-sync lag or distortion. Dual-Link Functionality: Seamlessly connects two pairs of headphones simultaneously, which makes watching movies or listening together without disturbing others completely hassle-free. Versatility: The compact size and Aux setup make it super easy to pack and move between home stereo equipment, gym equipment, or travel setups. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Interface & Indicators: While it functions well once paired, the status lights and button controls take a little getting used to—a slightly more intuitive display or clearer visual indicator for current modes would make setup even smoother. Battery / Range Limits: Range is solid across a standard room, but wall obstacles can trim down the connection distance slightly. REAL-WORLD USE CASE: I purchased this primarily to stream audio wirelessly and test out its versatility across different setups. It paired smoothly with my headphones and maintained a strong, uninterrupted signal throughout regular daily use. THE VERDICT: I hold back 5-star ratings on principle because there is always room for improvement. After all, nothing is perfect, but this 1Mii adapter comes very close. If you need a flexible transmitter/receiver that delivers clear sound without complicated headaches, it’s a great buy.

Don't Thing You Can Go Wrong with Mii
I cannot speak to how long it will last, but the out of the box experience was great. My son wanted the ability to transmit audio from his Pioneer DJ board to an older stereo system that also has a separate Mii Bluetooth (BT) receiver hooked up to it, and this worked just fine as a BT transmitter for his DJ board. We just used "headphones 1" for that connection. I really like that this unit can be a BT transmitter or receiver. And I didn't even know it could run on its own battery for a while until I unplugged the USB power cord attached to it and realized it was still operating on its own battery. I think Mii is sort of like the Anker of this BT category. I have 3 Mii BT receivers now, and they all work fine.

Bluetooth solution for listening wirelessly to music from a stereo receiver
This is a review of both the 1mii E700 wireless Bluetooth headphone and the 1mii 5.3 wireless transmitter, which I purchased together to listen to music through my Denon stereo receiver. I am an early riser and was looking for an alternative to being tethered to my wired headphones. The transmitter connects to my receiver's headphone jack (with a 1/4 inch to 1/8 stereo headphone adapter). This cuts off music to the speakers. The transmitter pairs to the headphones, which allows me to wander around the kitchen and living room. Here are a few things to know: The transmitter and headphones need to be paired each time you turn them on, but this only takes seconds and is easy. The headphones are LDAC capable, but not with this transmitter, at least the way I am using it. (It may be different if you are listening through a phone or computer.) To get LDAC through a receiver, you apparently need a transmitter that costs near $100 and looks complicated to set up. The headphones are comfortable for the couple of hours I wear them until my wife gets up but I do not think they would be comfortable to wear longer at one stretch. Both the transmitter and headphone seem to hold a charge for quite a while, especially if you are only using them for a couple of hours a day. The wireless range works at least in half of our home, and I haven't tried to go further. The sound is satisfactory. While I usually listen to music through speakers, headphones are an interesting change of pace. My only complaint is the transmitter has a tiny switch that goes from transmit to off to receive. It is very difficult to get the switch to the off position and failure to do so means the transmitter will discharge and not be ready when you expect it to be ready.

Not bad, but some flaws
Writing this after 2 days of use. Relatively easy to set up and works fairly well, at least for now. Several issues I noticed that may/not apply to everyone. For context, I'm using this in TX/Transmitter mode to avoid using cables between my TV and Soundbar. 1) Latency - very minor in SBC mode, but noticeable. I'm unable to cycle to use aptX codecs with lower latency, presuming my soundbar doesn't support it. I double press the #1 button several times (slowly and quickly, but nothing changes). My soundbar has audio delay settings, so should be ok. 2) Every time the soundbar reconnects to bluetooth, it sets the volume to maximum. There's no way to change this setting and it only started to happen with this bluetooth adapter. This is super annoying and makes the soundbar unusable without having a remote onhand to adjust the volume down before scaring everyone. 3) When I try to connect my phone or other device to my soundbar using WiFi to play music, the soundbar auto-reconnects to the bluetooth receiver on TV and stops WiFi playback. This is super annoying and makes the soundbar only usable with TV. If the above doesn't sound like deal-breakers, it may work perfectly well for you. But for my use cases, this will not be acceptable.

Excellent transmitter and receiver at affordable price
I was on a flight with someone using this device. I asked if I could get the name of the product. I placed my order immediately after that. This is an excellent transmitter and receiver. What sets it apart from other transmitters I’d used in the past was the USB charger which endlessly supplies power to the device. It’s very easy to setup and the audio output is excellent. I highly recommend the product.

Great product!
Only have used it a few times, a little bit if a struggle and worry with connecting to headphones as there isn't the typical viewing option for what you want to connect to; like you'd see with a phone but as long as it's syncing( searching) and your Bluetooth headphones are as well it will connect to them on its own. Works beautifully, I remember headphones connecting to a t.v wirelessly when I was younger was a luxury and now you can do it with a simple little device like this, haven't tried it with gaming but so far no complaints other than the initial figuring out how it works

Works a treat with Gold Monster 1000
Ducks guts!! I'm using this on a Gold Monster 1000 for wireless connectivity and it works a treat. Paired with Blueant Pump X BT headphones, there's Zero latencey and stereo sound. 4 thumbs up.

Work well!
Worked great with my Monster head phones on a 9 hour flight. Had to charge part way but is expected. A bit of a learning to connect via BT but once I read the instructions and got the correct setting it was perfect each time. I’d recommend to anyone!

Better than I'd expected
Better than I'd expected. Great range, good connectivity, and long battery life before it needs charging. I use it on a pair of Bose wired headphones as a receiver, and it's performed very well for about a year now. Good value for money.
